Rosebury Cakes offer Training

The Rosebury Cakes School of Excellence offers 6 mainstream in-person courses. These vary between 3-5 days and promise to teach you not only the fundamental basics, but also introduces the latest trends in the caking industry. Most importantly, our courses will equip you to discover your own “voice”, to be heard loud and clear through your cake creations.

Should you want to learn only one or two new techniques due to time constraints, we also offer various 3-4 hour classes throughout the year.

Keeping our offering exclusive, we limit our intake of students to 5 per course and 8 per class. This ensures that you get all the time and attention you deserve.
